Using a proven 8-week transition framework, we assess, progress, and adapt programmes to reflect each client’s goals, ensuring continual improvement in movement, strength, and performance.

Clients are educated through tailored programming, movement assessments, and clear coaching strategies that improve mobility, strength, and overall physical capability—inside and outside the gym.

to your coaches

Iuri

Iuri is a dedicated Strength and Conditioning Coach with a passion for helping clients achieve their fitness goals. His athletic journey began at a mere six years old, when he played high-level football for West Ham United until he was 18. He went on to explore track and field, excelling in the 60m, 100m, and 200m sprints.

With his diverse background in various sports, Iuri is committed to implementing a range of training techniques tailored to each individual, focusing on creating personalised sessions that empower clients and ensure they achieve their fitness potential.

Leonie

Leonie is a personal trainer and performance coach with 15 years of dance training and over a decade of competitive cheerleading experience, performing nationally and internationally. She represented Team England and earned second place at the 2017 World Championships in Orlando, Florida, later transitioning her passion for performance into coaching and leading winning cheerleading teams across the UK and abroad, including coaching roles in Ireland, Australia, and Dubai.

Dedicated to safe, effective, and sustainable training, Leonie works with clients of all ages and abilities, tailoring programs to individual goals. In 2024, she expanded her impact by supporting the strength and conditioning program for a college rowing team, further contributing to the development of young athletes.

Conor

Conor began his coaching journey 15 years ago in Ireland as a gymnastics coach and went on to become a national-championship-winning cheerleading coach in the UK as well as a world champion cheerleader for Team England. With over 12 years of experience in personal training and strength & conditioning, he has worked with a wide range of clients around the world, including athletes in football, downhill skiing, running, and tennis. Most recently, he returned to London after developing and operating a cheerleading program in Dubai.

Armed with a degree in Sports & Exercise Sciences and multiple S&C qualifications, Conor blends his academic background with extensive hands-on experience to deliver highly tailored, goal-driven training. His diverse expertise enables him to create unique, bespoke programs that support individuals across all levels and disciplines.
